Private cheese experiences are hosted in the dining room at Good Company Cheese & Wine Shop, a small and intimate setting. All experience formats are available offsite as well, whether in your home, office, or event space. We can then accommodate more people, space depending. All experiences must be scheduled outside of retail shopping hours: Tuesday - Friday 11-5.
For onsite cheese experiences at Good Company, enjoy private shopping in the retail side of the store during or after your event and receive a 10% discount on purchases.
All cheese experiences can also be booked at partner wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Let’s work together to give your guests an experience to remember!
Due to the detailed nature of booking a private cheese experience, please inquire via email only.
What to Know
-
Reach out via email with your preferred date and time (or a range) and a confirmation will be sent, along with a form to fill out so the experience can be best prepared and customized for your group. Due to limited available times plus the preparation of perishable items, experiences must be paid in full at the time of confirmation of booking.
-
Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time, as availability can be limited. There is no such thing as too far in advance!
-
The cheeses for the private cheese tastings and classes are meant to encourage exploration and discovery, while reflecting a wide variety of styles, textures, and origins. For this reason, the selection is best left to the professional cheesemonger - trust the process!
For private cheese celebrations, we will work together to choose the best selections for your group.
-
Absolutely! Although Good Company is not a dedicated gluten free space, many gluten free options are available. Vegetarians can also easily be accommodated. Please inform about any serious allergies, especially nut allergies.
